| Coffee Bean Cargo Inspection: |
Coffee beans inspection, testing services include:
- Sampling and analysis
- Quality, packing, marking inspection
- Weighing 10% or 100%
- Cup test, Tallying
- Loading/discharge supervision
- Cleanliness inspection of vessel holds and containers
Coffee inspection field verification work includes:
1. Prior to coffee cargo loading and stuffing:
- Determination of the condition of the coffee and coffee packaging.
- Determination of individual coffee package weight by random
basis.
- Ensure coffee storage containers are clean and dry, ready and
fit for intended coffee cargo.
2. During coffee bag loading and stuffing:
- Inspectors count and tally each coffee cargo bag loaded and
check condition.
- After completion of coffee bag stuffing, storage doors are
closed, fumigation by third parties is conducted, witnessed
by Intertek Caleb Brett coffee inspectors.
