Rapid Response Services

Fast turnaround analytical service offerings with a rapid response time

Intertek ASG is able to offer the following service areas on a rapid response basis:

• Quick service NMR (proton and carbon)
• Quick service Mass Spectrometry (electrospray)
• Quick service Infrared Spectroscopy
• Elemental Analysis (C, H, N, S)

In all cases, services are provided to the high standards of a GLP facility. More technical details on services are available on the relevant technique pages.

In most cases, spectroscopy services can be set up for results to be provided on the next working day for samples received by 2:00pm and for especially urgent needs there is the possibility of a premium same-day turnaround service. Elemental analysis services are offered with a 3 working day turnaround time.

For local customers, with large volume requirements, sample transportation can be facilitated with a local courier service to ensure the most cost effective and efficient solution.

With the appropriate set-up arrangements, lab results can be reported directly back to customers in a secure online environment to further speed up the responsiveness of this service.
