Intertek Industrial Services has vast experience in managing quality activities covering a variety of materials, equipment and commodities through experienced and qualified inspection personnel. Intertek works with their clients and the client's vendors to assure sub-assemblies and finished items meet qualifications. Pressure Vessels, pipes, heat-exchangers and many other complex engineering systems and assemblies used for oil and gas exploration and production are inspected by Intertek personnel.

Intertek Industrial inspection activities provided to global E&P clients include, but are not limited to:

• Reviews of welding procedure specifications and welding operators qualifications, to ensure client and “Code” compliance.
• Inspection of sub-assemblies and finished items for appearance, workmanship, dimensions, surface conditions and operability.
• Witnessing of any and all required tests strictly in accordance with approved drawings, procedures and specifications.
• 3-D Dimensional Control for projects and installations.
• Witness of any required testing, to ensure that the finished items comply with the approved procedures and specifications.
• Final inspections prior to dispatch which may include cleaning, coating, packing and marking of equipment, review of vendor final documentation dossier.
• Issuance of detailed reports specific to the various activities performed.
