Specific migration of plastics and other packaging materials

Intertek provides specific migration tests. The guidelines for specific migration are laid out in standard EN 13130 and describe necessary test conditions and selection of the simulants.   Analysis of the specific components, eg. additives, monomers or residual substances are performed according to the relevant sections of standard EN 13130 or in-house methods.
